Abstract

In the article, the author considers the formation and development of the market for investment consulting services. Th e causes of the market emergence, factors aff ecting the dynamics of its development, the role of the regulatory and legal legislation of the host country are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the activities of investment advisory companies that assess the investment climate and develop recommendations for potential investors. Th ese companies serve as intermediaries in making decisions about investments. Th ey bring together the positions of foreign investors and national companies that are in need of obtaining fi nancial resources.
