Abstract

The article considers the definitions of customs control in the General Annex to the International Convention on simplification and harmonization of customs procedures and the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The customs status of goods, its adoption, completion and coordination with other customs institutions is analyzed. The General competence of customs authorities in terms of customs supervision is commented. The circumstances when the goods are under customs control in accordance with the customs legislation of the Russian Federation are analyzed. Examples of key new and altered customs control wordings and definitions in the EAEU law are given.
