Abstract

The article is devoted to the features of the development of innovation orientation of foreign trade companies under modernization of the Russian economy. Innovative capacity of a company is the main factor for its competitiveness and success in the world market. The authors give the
characteristics of an innovative organization engaged in foreign trade activities. The influence of the specifics of foreign trade activities on the management of innovations is specified.
