Abstract

Modern practice of INCOTERMS 2000 application is examined in the article. Authors specify some discrepancies of positions of the above mentioned document and practice of application and interpretation of separate basic conditions of delivery. Spheres of application of separate basic conditions of delivery are developed. On some bases of delivery from INCOTERMS 2000 the concrete problems based in the Russian practice of the foreign trade activity are revealed. Some considerations concerning terms of delivery are given for the purpose to perfect trading customs which can be taken into account at formation of new edition of the document - INCOTERMS 2010.
