Особые экономические зоны как инструмент внешнеэкономической специализации России

Abstract

In the article the author points out, that the Federal Law on Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in the Russian Federation approved in 2005, introduced new methods for the provision of investment benefits. According to the law SEZ are created for the following purposes: development of processing and high-technology branches of economy, generation of new types of products, development of transport infrastructure and tourist sector of economy. SEZ are new to Russia and present a perspective tool for the attraction both foreign and domestic investments, diversification and transformation of the Russian economy to an innovative way of development.
