Abstract

To ensure the sustainable growth of non-resource non-energy exports the government is actively removing regulatory barriers and has employed different mechanisms to stimulate production both in Russia and abroad. The first stage of the author’s analysis is devoted to the measures of support for non-resource non-energy exports with the focus on the current changes in fiscal, currency and customs regulations. At the second stage, the author examines such mechanisms as subsidies for corporate competitiveness enhancement programs, creation of the Russian industrial zone in Egypt, establishment of a bond zone for cross border e-commerce.
