Abstract

The article examines the main trends in the international practices of application and decisionmaking in drafting sales and purchase contracts for exporting and importing Internet and mobile technologies in the hospitality industry with a view to improve the hotel’s scalability using innovative products, creating a web hosting with a set of soft ware packages provided by remote servers, payments through blockchain systems, robotic technology, the Internet of things, the collection and analysis of a large array of data in on-line marketing and management for the purpose of ensuring a comfortable stay and the establishment of digital communication with the guest.
