Abstract

Decreasing competitiveness of Russian products in foreign markets is the key problem of the current industrial situation in the Russian Federation. The following factors do not allow to produce competitive products meeting the current market requirements: depreciated and obsolete industrial equipment, non-functional premises, high services charges for industrial premises of the Soviet period type. The key step for the Russian Federation to improve its position in foreign markets is to restructure enterprises and regenerate their land through professional methods and innovation.
