Abstract

The author considers the value of industrial property in carrying out international cooperation projects, points out the need for patent protection of finished products and components. He emphasizes the importance of license agreements in execution of contracts for the supply of parts for cooperation, emphasizes the need for agreements on sharing inventions created jointly in cooperation.
