Abstract

Government-owned corporations play a significant role in the modern economy of Vietnam. However with the weakness of corporate management they have created obstacles to the economic growth and had a negative impact on the image of Vietnam. Therefore, to improve this situation, government-owned corporations should perform tasks to work out development strategies to 2015 set by the Government of Vietnam.
