Changes in foreign exchange legislation affecting foreign trade participants

Abstract

The author analyzes the occurred changes in the currency legislation concerning control of the foreign trade transactions in connection with the entry into force of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia No. 138-I of June 4, 2012. In the article a detailed comparative analysis of the new form of currency transaction report and the previous form is given. Changes adopted by the Controller in the transaction certificate for the purpose of explaining the newly accepted form to participants of foreign trade are commented.
