Abstract

The article deals with the development of trade relations between the Russian Federation and the countries of Central Asia. The authors analyze the changes in the total turnover of the countries over the period 2008-2017, determine the share of agricultural products in its structure, identify the main export and import commodity groups - agricultural products - between Russia and Central Asia, assess their share in the Russian market. The analysis show that Russia and Central Asian countries seek strategic partnership that provides opportunities for growth in mutual trade.
