Abstract

The article deals with the application of new approaches to arranging export activities of industrial small and medium-sized enterprises. Changes in global supply chains and the pandemic dictate special conditions for industrial enterprises to enter foreign markets and force them to look for eff ective sales channels for their products. Transformation of export arrangements of industrial SMEs is carried out at all stages of their entering foreign markets: export maturity of the enterprise is determined; implementation of the developed roadmap is monitored; the level of mastering and elaboration of selected sales channels by representatives of the export team is assessed; attraction of a necessary counterpart with the requested competencies.
