Abstract

Given the innovative development of the Russian economy, the role of investment, including foreign investment, which enable implementation of advanced technologies and new methods of management, as well as reduce the tension in the labor market, has increased. Negative tendencies, such as lack of foreign investment, especially foreign direct investment, which plays important
role in the modernization of the Russian economy, and uneven distribution of foreign investment into the regional economies, are still present in our country.
