Abstract

The authors consider various defi nitions of export potential, its main components, influence of state regulation on its functioning, the structure of tools resolving the problems of the export potential. The particulars of formation of export potential of the industry and instruments of realization of its functions for the development and distribution of information and communications technologies are considered.
