Abstract

In the article specific principles on which process of anti-recessionary management should be based are considered, restrictions of application of foreign models of forecasting of bankruptcy to the Russian conditions are revealed; necessity of working out and practical use of the organizational-economic mechanism of the anti-recessionary management is proved, this mechanism allows to identify crisis signs in the organization at initial stages of its formation and development, with a view to timely working out of measures on neutralization of negative consequences for organization activity.
