Abstract

The article considers a complicated process of formation of the Eurasian Economic Union as a new regional and global development center on the post-Soviet territory. The article contains different opinions of Russian and foreign experts on the prospects and efficiency of Eurasian integration and risks related to it, as well as the author’s suggestions on overcoming the obstacles to the assigned goals.
