Intellectual property in the twenty-first century

Abstract

The article describes the organization and work programme of the forum on the development and use of intellectual property held in Moscow. The final document of the forum considered necessary to improve in Russia: the regulatory system of copyright and neighboring rights, digital technology and global communications networks, legal protection of intellectual property rights in education and creativity, encourage the introduction of modern technologies for resource conservation, efficient consideration of intellectual property disputes.
