Abstract

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the foreign public-private partnership (PPP) experience that can be used for resolving economic problems in Russia focusing on France. The practices of French multinational energy companies widely using various PPP models enable them to cooperate actively with the state in the fulfillment of large-scale projects related to the energy efficiency and environmental issues.
