Abstract

In the article, the authors consider the trends in Russia’s imports of consumer durable goods from China on the example of footwear. The trends in actual imports and the features of transaction processing of import deliveries are presented. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the contract terms and conditions, particularly commercial terms. The importance of the shipping, marking, packing and payment terms are revealed.
