Abstract

The article states that the innovation process becomes more intense and more expensive with regard to all types of resources. Therefore, the most efficient use of the existing potentials requires partnership between science, business and government. The author analyzes the innovation risk factors and specifies their types. Partnership between government and other economic agents is the most effective in terms of synergistic effects of joint implementation of innovative projects, as it will allow to use efficiently the available resources, implement an effective system of innovation risk management and increase the project expected results.
