Abstract

The article examines the changes in Russian-Mongolian trade over the past decade: despite some significant swings, the trade turnover indicators have now reached a historical minimum. On the basis of customs statistics data, the involvement of Russian regions in trade with Mongolia is analyzed, and they are grouped according to the variety of exported goods. Structural changes in Russia’s exports of goods are noted, and the most significant trend of increasing food supplies to Mongolia is underlined.
