Abstract

The article deals with the changes in the customs and currency legislation implemented in 2012: the “Road Map” adopted by the Federal Customs Service on July 17, 2012, which is aimed at reducing the time required for goods to move across the customs border of the Russian Federation, and the “Certifi cate of Supporting Documentation” issued by the Bank of Russia on October 1, 2012. The author analyzes one of the basic documents of foreign exchange control – the “Certifi cate of Supporting Documentation”. The present edition of this document allows to scrutinize supporting documents, as well as to monitor the movement of funds, thus improving
transparency and controllability of foreign trade operations.
