Abstract

In the article theoretical and international legal aspects of cross-border trade, its value in promotion of international economic activities of regional companies and fi rms of neighboring countries are considered. Th e current situation of cross-border trade between Russia and China is assessed, the necessity and possibility of promoting cross-border trade are considered.
