Changes in the currency legislation affecting foreign trade activity

Abstract

The article provides comments on the changes affecting drawing up of some basic documents in currency control as of October 1, 2013 as per Direction of the Bank of Russia No.3016-U dated June 14, 2013 “On introduction of the amendments to Instruction of the Bank of Russia No.138-I of June 4, 2012 « On the procedure for submission by residents and non-residents of documents and information pertaining to conducting currency transactions to the authorized banks, on the procedure for formalization of transaction passports, and on the procedure for the recording by the authorized banks of currency transactions and control for carrying them out”. The author examines the changes affecting the procedure for drawing up transaction certificates by foreign trade parties (as per Form 1 and Form 2).
