Necessary institutional conditions for the creation of International Financial Centre in Russia

Abstract

To ensure the creation of a full-fl edged financial center in Russia, which would enhance stability of the national currency and its financial market, the following measures are required: to increase investment activities of the Russian residents, simplify access procedures to Russian financial markets for foreign investors, simplify and universalize securities market infrastructure and create an effective system of regulation and control.
