Abstract

Artificial intelligence today is the closing technology of a new technological order, which opens up great opportunities for the development of the global economy. The rules for the functioning of the AI technology family, which are being formed in different countries and regions, are diverse, asymmetric and require study in terms of their present and future impact on the development of digital markets in the global economy. The emerging trends in the regulation of AI technologies in China, the EU and the US are such that they are fragmenting global digital markets, hindering the international exchange of best practices in technical advances, and threatening the success of the business model of digital platforms and ecosystems.
