Abstract

The Russian Federation is an integral part of the Asia-Pacific Region. For the Russian Federation the use of the Asia-Pacific capital, markets and integration potential for the benefit of Russian economic growth, primarily of the Far-Eastern one, is of vital importance. Foreign trade of the Far-Eastern is oriented traditionally on the APR countries. Their share in the foreign trade turnover amounted to 83% in 2010. In the same year the number of members conducting business with enterprises of the Far East and Transbaikal reached 126. The Far Eastern region has just started integration and its influence is increasing year after year. It can be confirmed by the fact that the APEC summit will be held in Vladivostok in 2012. That is why it is necessary to expand and develop existing trade relations and establish equally useful new ones.
