Abstract

Latin America is one of the promising regions for cooperation for Russia and the Customs Union. The region is characterized by relatively complex integration structure. Development of the integration agenda with the Latin America could be carried out either by starting free trade agreement negotiations with particular countries and trade blocs or by expanding Russia’s participation as an observer in the developing political alliances.
