Abstract

The article considers the features of the new transregional economic mega-partnership within the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF), created in 2022. Unlike other transregional macro-partnerships, IPEF responds to the current challenges of the global economy and allows its participants not to take on excessive obligations that might limit their national sovereignty. Such partnership expands the areas for mutual cooperation in terms of involving countries with different levels of economic development, as well as a gradual strengthening of cooperation on these issues.
