Abstract

At the moment there a number of tendencies of development of transnational corporations was formed, such as: enlargement of TNCs through M&A and alliances, changes in regional preferences for FDI, turning to service sector, TNBs integration, growing importance of R&D. The aim of this article is to analyze the main trends of investment activities of transnational corporations (TNCs) and the impact of the global financial crisis on their development.
