Abstract

The article considers the automakers strategy for supply chain management on the Russian market taking into account the current global development trends in the automotive and related industries. Given the increasing competition and the influence of politics and macroeconomic conditions the author assesses the ongoing international integration processes and Russian companies’ involvement in it through cooperation to establish business relationships. The analysis of international industrial cooperation in localization of automotive components production justifies its role as a stabilizing factor in Russia’s foreign economic relations.
