Product competitiveness – the basis for Azerbaijan’s export growth

In the article, based on the analysis and summary of the facts and figures, the author considers the issues of further development of small and medium-sized businesses, including state protection of their rights and interests, financial and material support, as well as stimulating forms and methods of management in the activities of enterprises producing and selling competitive products. Besides, the activities of a number of entities that supervise product quality in accordance with quality standards are analyzed. An attempt has also been made to assert that high quality is a basis for competitiveness.
