Abstract

The article deals with the formation and development of corporate structure of the global oil and gas services market, in particular the growing role of specialized companies, as well as the role of vertically integrated oil companies. Particular attention is paid to the influence of new factors such as the impact of the financial crisis, the role of anti-Russian sanctions adopted in the United States and Europe. The author analyzes the ways of solving the problems of the crisis, emphasizing the development of new types of contracts and increased role of contract pricing. The final section of the article is devoted to the situation on Russia’s market for specialized oil and gas services.
