Abstract

Value of the international sea navigation for development of world economy is defined. The concept of the international bunker operations (and their versions) as material supplies of trade navigation is given. The main characteristics of the international bunker market and its regional segments are defined. The main world bunker centers in the international ports are revealed. Participation of the Russian bunker companies in providing foreign vessels with bunker fuel in the Russian ports is shown. Price indicators of the bunker market are given. Features of contract work by export supply of bunker fuel are shown. Problems of further development of bunker activity and participation of the Russian suppliers of bunker fuel are defined.
