Автор анализирует историю развития Транстихоокеанского партнерства (ТТП) за два десятилетия. Рассмотрены суть, понятие и критерии мега-региональных торговых соглашений. Дана характеристика основных положений соглашений о ТТП, проведен сравнительный анализ соглашения 2016 г. с участием США и соглашения 2018 г., подписанного после выхода Соединенных Штатов. На основе анализа статистических данных подведены промежуточные результаты функционирования ТТП за шесть лет, прошедшие с даты вступления соглашения в силу.

The article examines the history of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) for two decades. The essence, concepts and criteria of mega-regional trade agreements are considered. The key provisions of the TPP agreements are characterized, with a comparative analysis of the agreements signed in 2016 with the US participation, and in 2018 after the withdrawal of the United States. The results of the TPP’s cooperation over the past six years have been summarized.
